I WILL PRAISE HIM

My heart is overflowing with the praises of my Lord!
I can’t contain my love for Him whom I have long adored.
Each day He gives me reasons to be thankful for His care,
For He has called me by my name and now I am His heir.
I praise Him in the morning when the day is at its best.
I thank Him in the night time when He gives my body rest.
I sing the praises of the Psalms for He is all to me.
I’ve given Him all I possess; His Spirit set me free.
I came to Him in deepest need and called upon His name;
While burdened and in great distress, ‘twas to His cross I came.
He listened to me patiently, no condemnation there,
And soon the burden lifted, and praise God, He answered prayer!
So, fill me with Your Spirit, Lord, renew my soul each day
And keep me in Your precious will, dear Lord, I humbly pray.
Until that day I’m standing here to face the golden shore
And wait for your appearing for the bride You’re coming for.
I will bless the LORD at all times:
his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
